This year, there’s a dedicated Design track at Web Summit. Design Summit will bring together a number of design influencers from huge companies, including Adobe, Google and Zappos. Let’s have a look at who’s coming along to talk all things UX.

Scott Belsky – VP Products Community – Adobe

Scott Belsky

If you’ve ever used Behance to showcase your design talents, you have Scott to thank. Scott co-founded the leading portfolio platform for creatives and was the CEO when it was acquired by Adobe in 2012. Scott is also a bestselling author thanks to “Making Ideas Happen,” a book that looks at transforming ideas into reality. A keen investor, his investment portfolio includes the likes of Pinterest, Uber and Periscope, as well as lesser-known startups.

Jeffrey Veen – Design Partner – True Ventures

Jeffrey Veen

Jeffrey co-founded Typekit, the company that empowered designers with a library of inspiring web-ready fonts. Nowadays, Jeffrey is the Design Partner at True Ventures. True Ventures helps entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of setting up a business. Earlier in his career, Jeffrey was in charge of the UX of Google Apps and redesigned Google Analytics. What we’re saying is: Jeffrey knows his stuff when it comes to good design.

Golden Krishna – Senior User Experience Designer – Zappos

Golden Krishna

Golden, the Senior User Experience Designer at Zappos, is perhaps better known for his book and lecture tour where he declared “the best interface is no interface”. Infuriated by the screen-based thinking rife in the design world, he wrote a book reminding us all that sometimes the best design doesn’t involve apps or screens. Before Zappos, Golden was the Senior Designer at Samsung.

Other experts joining us at Design Summit include Etsy’s Randy Hunt and Google’s Laura Granka. Gain access to their talks by getting your hands on a Web Summit ticket.
