The unmissables: Meet the Supernova and two national treasures

Make sure you don’t miss the unmissable. Download our Web Summit app.

Have you got your plan for all the Web Summit talks you’re going to hit? There are that many A-listers speaking next week we can hardly keep up ourselves.

Luckily we have an attendee app that will help you figure out where to be and when.

Best take note of these three guys:

Natalia Vodianova – Co-Founder – Elbi

They call Natalia the Supernova. She’s a supermodel who’s been the face of major campaigns for Calvin Klein, Stella McCartney and Givenchy and featured on 69 Vogue front covers.

Natalia is also a long-time philanthropist and is the Co-Founder of Elbi – an app that makes it easier for people to donate to charities.

The startup is backed by Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales, Huffington Post Co-Founder Arianna Huffington and Bebo Co-Founder Michael Birch.

Liam Cunningham – Actor – Game of Thrones

[youtube id=”r4Sxz3RnRhc”]

Most will know Liam as Game of Thrones’s Davos Seaworth. The above is a clip from his finest work, though (if you’re asking me).

He played Francis Sheehy-Skeffington – a Dublin drug smuggler – in 2011’s The Guard, a black comedy about a small-town guard in rural Ireland.

He’s also appeared in The Wind That Shakes the Barley, Hunger and shared a BAFTA with Michael Fassbender in 2012 for Pitch Black Heist.

Pádraig Harrington – Golfer

Pádraig is one of Ireland’s greatest ever sportspeople. He’s won three majors and was the PGA Player of the Year in 2008.

He’s won four Ryder Cups with Europe and once marked another of our speakers, Dessie Farrell, in a schools’ Gaelic football match.

Aside from being a legend of the golf course, he’s a seriously interesting character, as this interview with one of Ireland’s top sports journalists Paul Kimmage shows.
